The Roca brothers laid the first stone of their gastronomic journey in 1986 with the creation of El Celler de Can Roca. Since then, they have worked tirelessly to grow their cuisine, exploring new paths and evolving alongside the changes in society. a long professional career
Encarna has been part of the El Celler de Can Roca team since the very beginning, in 1986.
She first worked in the dining room, assisting Josep Roca with the dessert cart.
From 1994 onwards, she began managing the banquets and catering section—first at La Torre de Can Roca, and since 2007, at Mas Marroch.
In addition to these venues, she also oversees unique off-site catering events in a variety of external locations.
