OUR LAND AND OUR GARDEN
At Mas Marroch, respect for the land is fundamental.
We are not only committed to agricultural practices that protect the environment, but we also ensure that the quality and excellence that define the Roca brothers are rooted in true sustainability.
On the same grounds as Mas Marroch, we’ve created our own garden, as part of the Sembrando el Futuro (“Sowing the Future”) project. It’s a biodynamic garden that serves as a reference for all of the Roca brothers’ projects and represents our commitment to the earth and to nature.
Here, we grow vegetables, greens, and aromatic herbs that arrive fresh and full of flavor to our kitchen. Through close collaboration with local producers, we prioritize proximity, product integrity, and environmental stewardship in every step of the process.
We firmly believe that the future of gastronomy depends on understanding and caring for the land. Each dish we serve is meant to honor that respect and highlight the natural richness around us—turning every meal into a celebration of authenticity and culinary ethics.
